“TREE OF LIFE”
“Tree of Life” is inspired by the symbol of paradise, the palm. The palm is also one of the oldest living plants, living up to 740 years, and it’s the palm that is called the “tree of life” (specifically the date palm). Throughout the world, the palm is admired, but few regions have as much of a relationship with this single type of plant like ours (LA). This series is meant to bring our relationship with this plan and our relationship with our city into your space.

“TOWER 24”
“Tower 24” came about after moving to the beach and learning to surf at Tower 24 (right on the border of Santa Monica and Venice). I hope this art speaks not just to surfers, but to everyone who finds the beauty in the courage that it takes to try something new, knowing you will wipe out, over and over again, but that the possibility to dance on water is worth it all. These pieces are hand-painted and collaged on paper.
